About Metro Rentals

Who We Are

Metro Rentals is an online booking platform for access equipment hire, operating as an authorised booking agent for Ashi Hire Pty Ltd. We give everyday customers, tradies, and businesses across Melbourne and regional Victoria a faster and more transparent way to hire the equipment they need, with live pricing, instant online booking, and no phone calls required.

What We Do

We handle the entire booking experience online. Select your machine, see your full price breakdown in real time including delivery, GST, and all applicable charges, sign your hire agreement digitally, and confirm your booking in under four minutes. Equipment is delivered to your site by Ashi Hire Pty Ltd's professional transport team on your chosen date.

Every price displayed on this platform is accurate and complete before you pay. There are no hidden fees and no quote forms.

The Fleet

Through our partnership with Ashi Hire Pty Ltd, we provide access to a modern fleet of over 60 machines across Melbourne and regional Victoria. The fleet includes scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, forklifts, vertical mast lifts, skid steers, and excavators, available in electric and diesel variants to suit indoor and outdoor applications. Every machine is serviced, inspected, and safety-checked before every hire.

Trade Accounts

Businesses that hire regularly can apply for a Trade Account. Trade Account holders receive monthly consolidated invoicing, volume discounts, and priority dispatch. Applications take three minutes online.

Metro Rentals serves businesses across construction, facilities management, civil works, and events throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.
